Led concept development and design for a 22,500 sq. ft., three-story mixed-use space in Silicon Beach, CA, blending office and retail opportunities. Collaborated with the property owner on space planning and finishes, reporting directly to the CEO and investors. Managed and coordinated teams of design, branding, culinary, and hospitality consultants, including Studio UNLTD, Cultivate Hospitality Group, and FaustLevito, to deliver a cohesive vision that redefines current mixed-use spaces.
