HOW DOES MY TIME WITH MARK WORK
Your time with Mark is all about collaboration and customization. Consultations happen over Zoom video calls, and you’ll receive a link via email before your scheduled time. Once we connect, you can share your space—either by screen-sharing or showing it over video—and dive into your questions, ideas, and challenges. There’s no rigid structure; the session is entirely tailored to your needs. This is your time to get the advice and insights that matter most to you.
WHAT CAN I DO TO BE BEST PREPARED FOR OUR CALL
How you prepare for our call is entirely up to you—it can be as simple or as detailed as you feel necessary to meet your goals for the session. To make the most of our time, I recommend creating a basic document or presentation that includes photos of the spaces you’d like help with and a list of your key questions. You can also include inspiration images, items you’re considering, like furniture or decor, or even floor plans and drawings. The more context you provide, the more targeted and productive our consultation will be!
HOW DO I SHOW MARK MY SPACE
During our private video consultation, you can show Mark your space in real time using the camera on the device you’re calling from. For a more streamlined experience, many clients prefer to compile photos of their space into a simple document, which can be uploaded to the chat box on Zoom. We can also use Zoom’s screen share feature to go over additional images, inspiration, or plans you’d like to discuss. Whatever works best for you, we’ll make it happen!
WHAT TIME ZONES ARE TIME SLOTS DISPLAYED IN
All consultation times are shown in your local time zone, so there’s no need to worry about conversions. Whether Mark is in a different state or even another country, the times you see are adjusted to match the time zone you’re visiting the site from. Simple and seamless!
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
I totally understand that life happens! You’re welcome to cancel or reschedule your consultation up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund. If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled time, the full fee will still apply, and rescheduling will not be available. To make changes, just email us—my team is here to help.
