Designed by Edward R. Niles in 1979, the Frame House Stands as a Landmark of Modern Architecture
Elevated living, where warmth meets modernity.
The client sought a modern yet inviting retreat, prioritizing natural light and indoor-outdoor flow. We achieved this through a complete renovation, combining clean, minimalist lines with warm textures and sophisticated design. Expansive windows and sliding glass doors maximized light and seamlessly connected interiors to the landscape, creating stylish and welcoming living spaces.
This 2100-square-foot residence features 3 bedrooms 2 baths
Exterior framework rebuilt to its original form
Scope of work included window and slider replacements
The home offers jetliner views from DTLA to Palos Verdes
